We visited the cloud forest, hiked and then enjoyed lunch, zip lining, bird watching and a quick visit to the exact location of the equatorial latitude 0-0-0.
There was previous negative comment from a Dutch guest with scurrilous complaints - all of which we found to be absurd and far from our experience. Richard is a good person, and we highly recommend his services to your family or group.
Jeison proved to be very very keen-eyed spotting any hidden animal within the bush. Planting his tripod telescope quietly he was already putting it into the focus for our viewing. We observed many varieties of birds, two kinds of monkeys and various butterflies. Jeison even skillfully took picture of them for us using our own smart phone through the viewer of his telescope. Jeison's knowledge and enthusiasm for flora and fauna of the NP was amazing. We learned many details about endemic species of the trees, fungi and Jeison knew answer to every single question we threw at him! We highly recommend hiring Jeison as your personal guide in any natural settings!
