My mom and I booked our 7-day trip in Ecuador visiting Quito and Cuenca over the Christmas holidays through Cuenca Besttours. Javier was very professional and arranged all the drivers perfectly. The driver's were always one time, extremely courteous and very reliable. Our guide Andres Leon in particular is such a fun person to be around, with such rich knowledge of not only the flora and fauna around the Cajas National Park but also how they are connected to the culture and the way of living. A wonderful, jam packed tour. They listened to our interests and presented an excellent plan, that was also adjustable as needed. Having a vehicle with a driver/guide made everything so flexible. Locations, activities, food and lodgings were great. Our guide Javier was informative and you could tell he loved his country. He was certainly knowledgeable but if he didn’t know something he would tell us then we all work work to figure/find it out. Fully recommend this company.

We booked a 4 day trip from Cuenca. Our guide Maria was amazing!! We saw Ingapirca, the Amazon, and the volcanoes Tungurahua and Chimborazo. We got to stay in the lovely town of Banos for 2 nights. Banos is a cool laid back town with lots of outdoor activities and waterfalls nearby. We took a swing at the tree house on the hill, took a cable car ride high over the river and saw the waterfall Manto de la Novia, and hiked to the waterfall El Pailon del diablo. The whole time guided by our awesome guia Maria!! She safely drove us around everywhere, and translated for us when needed. We had a blast and saw and did so many amazing things, i can't even write them all down. I would highly recommend Cuenca Best Tours and there staff!!!

10 Day Wonder Trip of Ecuador

My brother, nephew and I just returned from a fantastic 10 day trip to beautiful Ecuador that included Quito, Quilotoa, Cotopaxi, the Amazon at Puyo, Banos, Riobama, Cuenca, and Salinas. Our guide Sebastin E. was just excellent. He shared his great knowledge and enthusiasm with us, and took us many neat physical hikes that balanced our love of nature with our love of Ecuadorian culture and history. Highly recommend Cuenca Bestours and Sesbastin E. Will be using them again!

This is an excellent tour company. Sebastian was there to meet us at the airport upon arrival, even with it being midnight. He guided us very professionally throughout the country. We would travel with Cuencabestours and Sebastian again anytime.
