Reviews
When we returned from the Galapagos islands late in the evening and arrived at our accommodation we found that the lobby of the apartment that we rented was locked. Apparently the owner had not informed the security guard that we were coming and he refused to help us. Ricardo was amazing! Not only did he speak to the security guard in Spanish he also spoke to the owner and resolved the issue. Many other companies would have just dropped us off and we would have been left on an abandoned street with nowhere to stay! We are so grateful for Ricardo's assistance and his incredible professional standards. Again, we highly recommend Go 4 Shuttle.
