Alex was an excellent driver and Carlos was awesome—especially given we don’t speak much Spanish. Carlos tan the two days like a pro and gave us some memorable experiences in the jungle walks. Enjoyed our time.

Side note: I would suggest figuring out your transportation before arriving as it isn’t included in the package.
Great experience actually it was the highlight of my trip

They are extremely friendly here. You see once in a lifetime cultural things as well as views. Extremely helpful staff. They don’t leave any dull moments. From dusk til dawn you are exploring and learning. My family and I had an amazing time!
Fantastic tour!

The staff were all very professional and friendly! I was the only one who booked this that day so I ended up with the drive and most tour activities being private! One other group arrived at the lodge in the evening, but I had the whole place to myself for a while, how cool! Stopped in tena, and to walk and see monkeys on the way. Went for a nice walk in the forest during both the day and night, went tubing on the river and plenty of time to chill in the pool. Great food! The second day was an additional cost to upgrade to the activity of going to a wildlife rescue which was amazing!, a visit to an indigenous village to watch the drink being prepared, shoot a blowgun, see some caiman, and learn about cacao. A great value for so many activities!
Good experience but need work.

The package included a pick up at our hotel but the drop off back at our hotel was additional amount. The host was not clear on the activities for each day and called a tough hike over slick stones and mud, an easy walk. We were told we would have a double room and while it was very nice it was one bed. There is no A/C, just a fan and there are roaches in the room and many dead bugs, and some sort of beeping, but no phone in the room to call to ask questions. Food was okay (breakfast was great) but the other food was too salty and we did not get what we ordered. It was a wonderful experience, but the place is very disorganized even though staff was very nice.
