Great daytrip

It was a wonderful trip, our guide Josué knew every detail during the trip excellently and also taught us many things about the indigenous culture of Ecuador, we learned about their beliefs and also dedicated some melodies to us with his Andean instrument.
If you want to know the natural and cultural wealth of Ecuador, this is the trip.
Thank you Josue our guide and Andres the driver for this incredible trip!
Tip: Bring a lot of cash because it is impossible to resist buying the handicrafts made by the indigenous people.
Great Otavalo tour

An absolute incredible tour. Our guide and driver were both fantastic. We really felt like we saw the “real Ecuador” after taking this excursion.
Lovely excursion!

The points of interests were very nice! Such as the stop in Cayambe and the lookout point. Very qualified guide. Would recommend it to others.
Not value for money

None really….my guide was nice, but being the only one, I found it a bit difficult. For $150 US, I think I could have done much better. I would not recommend this day tour. If you are on your own, hire a private car and pick places that you want to go to.
Info not clear, food not great

The market is worth the visit, even in a Friday, as we did, if you are interested in the native articles. But... First of all, let’s make it very clear it doesn’t include “La Mitad del Mundo” monument. The information provided by the operator and Trip Advisor may lead to confusion. Also, the choice the guide made for lunch was questionable, as we had lunch right in the city center. We had trouble to use credit card, food was not great,… The area should have nicer places, like a farm, or something of that sort. Not fancy but simple home made food with a nice atmosphere.
