Our guide was amazing. Really knew his history of Quito. We went to the Heart Hill Statue, Center of the earth museum and many historical churches and a chocolate factory.

Tours of the cathedrals, and churches was excellent, the middle of the world experience was great and fun for kids of all ages, and the chocolate factory was great for learning the process and tasting afterwards.

Angela (from Ecuador) and Jaime (Canadian by birth) are terrific! Four of us joined them for the day tour of Quito combined with a food tour. Then the following day we took their tour of the surrounding area. Their combined knowledge of the history of both Quito and Ecuador was impressive. We learned so much while enjoying their company. The information supplied and places visited gave us a great understanding of the city, it’s history and religious connections. They have an easy banter while involving their guests.
The tastings were spot on….chocolate, empanadas, amazing biscuits, agave liquor, etc. there was no pressure to purchase but we wanted to take some samples of these home, so we did buy. During the tours of otavalo, Angela guided us when needed and helped with some bargaining. The leather section was terrific!
We have travelled widely and always take tours. We highly recommend Angela and Jaime!
