My drive waited for me at Quito airport for hours

It was a stressful day yesterday as my flight from Panama City to Quito was massively delayed and lots of chaos going on, but all the stress was gone when I landed in Quito. I reserved the airport pickup and gave my original flight details but I wasn’t able to provide an updated flight schedule because I wasn’t informed about it till after takeoff. When I turned on my phone at Quito airport and saw an WhatsApp message from the driver Henry saying he is waiting for me. He actually waited hours in the airport for me. I can’t express how much I appreciate his help! After a long chaotic day of traveling, I really couldn’t deal with traveling logistics. Thank you, Henry!

Great experience! On time, with my name ready for me to easily spot him. Also, he was really great about where to recommend where to get a Claro chip instead of the airport!

The service was exceptional. I was delayed at the airport making my way through customs and my diver waited 2 hours for me at the airport and also helped me get through immigration. The driver also helped me carry my luggage to my condo rental once we arrived. The driving was safe and professional. I very strongly recommend this service. The prices are very reasonable!
